Deposits are already closed
Bitrue says deposits for the affected assets have already been closed and warns further deposit attempts can result in assets being irretrievably lost.
Staking and PowerPiggy
Bitrue removed staking and PowerPiggy products associated with the delisted assets. The exchange says those positions are automatically redeemed and returned to user accounts.
Trading ends today
All relevant trading pairs close at 07:00 UTC. Remaining open orders are automatically removed.
No fixed withdrawal deadline
Unlike Kraken’s current delisting, Bitrue does not provide one fixed withdrawal cutoff. Instead, withdrawals will close after most holders have completed withdrawals.
Early withdrawal closure is possible
Bitrue also says withdrawals can close earlier when special circumstances arise, including hacking incidents, contract migration, project termination or other reasons.
The exchange warns that if withdrawal support closes, remaining balances may become inaccessible and Bitrue may be unable to recover them.
