Thailand SEC has filed a criminal complaint involving service providers behind Holdstation and the UNO application, plus alleged supporters including Tools for Humanity Corporation and an executive.
The regulator alleges the apps provided digital-asset brokerage services to the public without the required Thai licence.
The SEC has also notified Thailand’s Ministry of Digital Economy and Society to block access to information relating to the Holdstation and UNO platforms from October 1, 2026.
Who is named?
The SEC notice names three Holdstation developers/operators, the developer of UNO, Tools for Humanity Corporation and an executive associated with TFH. The complaint has been filed with the Economic Crime Suppression Division for further investigation and legal proceedings.
A criminal complaint is not the same as a final court conviction.
What the SEC alleges
Thailand SEC says Holdstation and UNO offered trading/exchange services in a manner it considers digital-asset brokerage and did so without the required licence.
The allegations remain allegations until adjudicated.
October 1 access blocking
The most immediate user-risk date is October 1. Thailand SEC says public access to the Holdstation and UNO platforms will be blocked in Thailand from that date.
This is an access-channel blocking action. It should not be reported as a confirmed global shutdown, proof of insolvency or confirmed user-asset loss.
User asset warning
The SEC explicitly advises users of Holdstation and UNO to consider action regarding assets held on the platforms before the blocking deadline. It suggests users monitor changes and consider moving assets to a personal wallet or a licensed digital-asset operator.
That official asset warning is why CEXVia rates the event High.
Relationship to Tools for Humanity
The SEC alleges TFH assisted or facilitated publicising UNO services and names an executive in connection with the complaint.
CEXVia does not infer that every Tools for Humanity- or World-linked service is affected. The event remains narrowly scoped to the named allegations and Thai regulatory action.
