OKX TR Delists DORA, ICX, STORJ, ZEUS and ELF: Deposit, Trading and Withdrawal Deadlines

OKX TR suspended deposits for DORA, ICX, STORJ, ZEUS and ELF on Sep. 23. Spot pairs are removed Sep. 30 and Oct. 3, while withdrawals remain until Dec. 23 at 08:00 UTC.

September 24, 2026Last updated 10:30 UTC4 min read

OKX TR has started a regional delisting process covering five assets:

  • DORA;
  • ICX;
  • STORJ;
  • ZEUS;
  • ELF.

The process is staged over three months rather than executed in one step.

The most important boundary is geographic and entity-specific:

This announcement is from OKX TR. It is not evidence that every OKX jurisdiction is removing all five assets.

Deposits are already suspended

OKX TR suspended deposits for all five affected tokens from:

September 23, 2026 at 10:00 UTC

Users should not send the tokens to OKX TR after that cutoff.

A transfer may succeed on-chain while the exchange refuses to credit it because deposit support has ended.

September 30 pair removals

The first spot removals are scheduled during:

September 30, 2026, 08:00–10:00 UTC

Affected pairs:

  • ICX/USDC;
  • ICX/EUR;
  • STORJ/USDC;
  • STORJ/EUR;
  • ELF/USDC;
  • ELF/EUR.

These removals reduce fiat/stablecoin execution routes before the USDT pairs disappear.

October 3 pair removals

The next wave is scheduled during:

October 3, 2026, 08:00–10:00 UTC

Affected pairs:

  • DORA/USDT;
  • ICX/USDT;
  • STORJ/USDT;
  • ZEUS/USDT;
  • ELF/USDT.

After this phase, normal spot trading support for the affected assets under the announcement is effectively gone on OKX TR.

Open orders

OKX TR advises users to cancel open orders before delisting.

Orders left open are automatically cancelled by the system.

The exchange warns that cancellation can take 1–3 working days, which matters for users expecting balances to become instantly available after the market disappears.

Trading Bots

Trading Bots for affected pairs will gradually close between:

07:00 and 08:00 UTC

on the respective delisting dates.

OKX TR specifically recommends manual closure for users concerned about:

  • fees;
  • slippage;
  • automatic execution.

This is an execution-control issue similar to other exchange wind-down events: users who wait allow the platform’s scheduled closure process to determine more of the exit.

Buy/Sell and Convert

Related Buy/Sell and Convert services are scheduled to be suspended from:

September 30 at 08:00 UTC

for the affected currencies/pairs.

That removes another route for users who might otherwise expect to convert residual balances after spot markets disappear.

Asset consolidation after delisting

After delisting, OKX TR says affected balances will be consolidated into users’ funding accounts.

During that consolidation:

  • withdrawals may be temporarily suspended;
  • internal transfers may be temporarily suspended.

This temporary operational pause should not be confused with the final withdrawal deadline.

Final withdrawal cutoff

Withdrawals for DORA, ICX, STORJ, ZEUS and ELF are scheduled to be suspended from:

December 23, 2026 at 08:00 UTC

That gives users a materially longer asset-exit window than the spot-trading window.

But holders who want to preserve direct control should not treat the December deadline as a reason to ignore earlier liquidity deterioration.

Why ICX deserves extra attention

ICX has also faced support reductions at other venues in 2026.

That multi-venue pattern increases:

  • liquidity fragmentation;
  • reliance on fewer exchange markets;
  • cross-venue price gaps;
  • urgency around self-custody or destination support.

But it does not prove that the ICON network itself is shut down or technically compromised.

Each exchange delisting must be evaluated on its own notice.

Why OKX TR says it is delisting

OKX TR says it regularly reviews listing qualifications to maintain a robust spot-trading environment and is removing pairs that do not meet its listing criteria.

The notice does not establish one single technical or regulatory failure shared by all five assets.

CEXVia therefore does not infer a common root cause.

Entity boundaries

The event is:

  • an OKX TR listing decision;
  • not a global OKX shutdown;
  • not proof of insolvency at the five projects;
  • not a blockchain halt;
  • not an immediate asset seizure.

  • Buy/Sell and Convert suspension.
  • Post-delisting funding-account consolidation.
  • Temporary withdrawal/transfer interruption during consolidation.

Risk Assessment

High regional asset-access / liquidity risk.
