OKX TR 已启动 DORA、ICX、STORJ、ZEUS、ELF 五个资产的 regional delisting。
这是一个持续约三个月的 staged exit，而不是一天内全部功能消失。
最重要的 entity boundary 是：

五个资产 deposit 从：

开始停止。
用户现在不应继续往 OKX TR send 这些 token。
On-chain transfer success 不代表 exchange credit success。
9 月 30 日第一批 Pair Removal
计划在：
2026-09-30 08:00–10:00 UTC
移除：
- ICX/USDC
- ICX/EUR
- STORJ/USDC
- STORJ/EUR
- ELF/USDC
- ELF/EUR
这意味着在 USDT pair 还没完全消失前，一部分 fiat/stablecoin route 已先退出。
10 月 3 日第二批 Removal
计划在：
2026-10-03 08:00–10:00 UTC
移除：
- DORA/USDT
- ICX/USDT
- STORJ/USDT
- ZEUS/USDT
- ELF/USDT
这一批结束后，公告覆盖资产的主要 spot trading route 在 OKX TR 基本结束。
Open Orders 怎么处理？
OKX TR 建议用户在 delisting 前主动 cancel。
没处理的 order 会被 system auto-cancel。
官方还提示 cancellation 可能需要：
1–3 working days
所以用户不能假设 pair 一关，全部 balance 一秒钟就自动恢复 available。
Trading Bots
Affected pair 的 Trading Bots 会在各自 delisting date：
07:00–08:00 UTC
逐步关闭。
OKX TR 明确建议担心：
- fees；
- slippage；
- automatic closure；
的用户提前手动 stop。
Buy / Sell / Convert
相关 Buy/Sell、Convert 服务从：
9 月 30 日 08:00 UTC
开始 suspended。
这会进一步减少 residual balance 的 convenient conversion path。
Delisting 后会做 Asset Consolidation
Pair 全部移除后，affected token 会被 consolidate 到 Funding Account。
Consolidation 期间：
- withdrawal 可能 temporarily suspended；
- transfer 也可能 temporarily suspended。
这个 temporary interruption 和 final withdrawal deadline 不是一回事。
Final Withdrawal Deadline
五个 token 的 withdrawal 最终在：
2026-12-23 08:00 UTC
停止。
这个 window 明显比 trading window 长。
但如果用户真正关心 liquidity / price execution，就不能只盯 12 月，因为市场 route 早在 9 月底 / 10 月初消失。
ICX 为什么值得额外关注？
ICX 今年已经在其他 venue 遇到 support reduction。
多 venue delisting 会提高：
- liquidity fragmentation；
- fewer exchange routes；
- cross-venue spread；
- self-custody urgency。
但它仍然不能自动证明：
ICON Network 本身失败或停止。
每一家 CEX 的 notice 都必须独立看。
OKX TR 为什么下架？
OKX TR 说平台会持续 review listing qualification，并依据 market quality / listing criteria 移除不满足标准的 pair。
公告没有确认五个 token 共享一个 technical / regulatory root cause。
因此 CEXVia 不做这种推断。
