9 月 3 日今天不是由新的大型 CEX 暴雷主导，而是出现了五个明确风险节点：Zilliqa 第一批交易所恢复迁移已经完成；Aquifer $2.47M exploit 的 whitehat deadline 今天到期；Mina Mesa 主网升级今天会计划停止 transaction 并短暂停网；泰国 SEC 正式发布 Digital Asset Travel Rule；Wyoming FRNT 新增 near-real-time Proof of Reserve。
相比昨天最大的变化是 Zilliqa。官方 9 月 2 日最新博客已经明确写明第一批 exchange migration 完成。第一批 partner 的 legacy Schnorr-based ZIL balances 已通过 protocol-level hard fork reassigned 到 Zilliqa EVM addresses。
但这不等于所有交易所已经恢复充提。各 CEX 仍需完成自己的 integration/testing。
官方还新增三个后续节点：
- 第二批 exchange hard fork：9 月中
- Self-custody ZK migration tool：9 月中
- Compensation：准备 community vote，可能通过 mint new ZIL 补偿用户
最后一项目前只是 Governance Proposal，不是 confirmed compensation。

今天最大的新增 exploit 是 Aquifer。Bitquery 认为 8 月 31 日 Aquifer 在约 40 分钟内发生 212 次单边 settlement，净 vault outflow 约 $2.47M。Aquifer 放出真实 token，却没有收到对应 input asset。
资金随后跨到 Ethereum，Bitquery 当时追踪到约 1,000.8 ETH 留在 attacker-linked wallet。
Aquifer upgrade authority 已发出 whitehat offer：9 月 3 日 14:00 UTC 前返还至少 80%，攻击者最多保留 20%。本次日报生成时 deadline 尚未到，也没有 verified qualifying return。

第三个重点是 Mina Mesa Mainnet Upgrade。官方时间表：
- 10:00 UTC：stop-transaction slot
- 15:00 UTC：stop-network slot
- 16:30 UTC：Mesa package target
- 18:00 UTC：first Mesa slot target
Mina 明确要求 exchange 在整个 upgrade downtime 关闭 MINA deposit/withdrawal。这不是 hack，但属于 asset-access + settlement-continuity risk。
监管方面，泰国 SEC 9 月 2 日已经正式 issued Digital Asset Travel Rule。规则要求 digital asset operator 在 transfer/receipt 中掌握足够 sender/recipient information，用于 AML、transaction monitoring 和 technology-related crime prevention。

最后，Wyoming Stable Token Commission 宣布 FRNT 使用 Chainlink Proof of Reserve 做 near-real-time reserve verification，并加入 Secure Mint control。这不是储备不足，而是正向 transparency upgrade。
