H1： Crypto 风险日报 — 2026 年 9 月 7 日
9 月 7 日今天的核心不是“小型 DeFi exploit”，而是两个更偏基础设施和客户资产安全的事件：
Liquid Network federation reserve 约 4,000 BTC 被提出，以及 Chile CEX Orionx 在超过 $7M custody gap 后永久关停并冻结提现。
这两件事的共同点是：
账面资产或 token representation 是否仍然有真实 custody asset 支撑。
今天最高优先级：Liquid Network
Liquid 9 月 6 日表示，约 4,000 BTC 从 backing L-BTC 的 federation wallet 被提出，事发时价值约 $320M，大约相当于事发前 reported BTC reserve 的 95%。
更关键的是，Liquid 表示这笔 withdrawal 使用了 SideSwap Peg-out Authorization Key (PAK)，但 PAK 本身并没有 compromise，其他 federation key 也没有发现 compromise。
这说明当前最大的 unknown 不是“哪把私钥被偷了”，而是：
为什么 authorization path 能在 key 没被盗的情况下通过。
相关 actor 通过 Bitcoin OP_RETURN 留言自称：
“we are whitehats. contact us on chain.”
但这只是 actor 的自我声明，不是经过验证的 whitehat 身份，也不能代表资金一定会返还。
Liquid 已 disable bridge nodes，并通知交易所暂停或准备暂停 L-BTC deposit/withdrawal。Sidechain 在问题解决前 effectively paused。

第二个 Critical：Orionx 永久关停
Chile crypto exchange Orionx 已进入 permanent shutdown。
公司 forensic review 发现，超过 $7M customer assets 曾从 custody system 转到 Orionx 不再控制的钱包。
Withdrawals 已暂停。
Chile CMF 同时公开澄清：
- Orionx 并非 CMF supervised entity；
- Orionx 的 Fintech Law registration/authorization application 在 2026 年 6 月 19 日被拒；
- CMF 不负责 Orionx closure；
- CMF 不能命令 Orionx 返还客户资产。
这对用户很关键，因为这不是 regulator-led resolution。
Orionx 还对 former executives 提交 criminal complaint，但相关责任目前仍只是 allegation，不能写成已定罪。

Router Protocol：9 月 30 日关停
Router Protocol 宣布会在 9 月 30 日前结束运营。
项目表示过去一年尝试 commercialization、licensing、acquisition，都没有找到足以维持 protocol team 的方案。
Router 还计划永久销毁：
303,333,198 ROUTE
约等于 near-1B total supply 的 30%。
但 burn 不能简单理解成“利好”。
如果 protocol utility、exchange support、liquidity 同时下降，供给减少并不代表价格一定得到支撑。
AscendEX：Claims Portal 继续延迟
9 月 5 日 estimated launch target 已过，但本轮核验时 latest official notice 仍没有新的 launch confirmation。
Withdrawals 继续 suspended。
即使 portal 后续上线，也只是 claims administration，不代表 exchange reopening，更不代表 recovery amount 已确定。

Kraken 明确提醒，部分市场 limited/inactive，因此 liquidation proceeds 可能显著低于 recent reference price，甚至 minimal/nil。

Pakistan 方面，9 月 5 日 PVARA NOC deadline 已过。官方 licensing page 仍写 transitional operator 未申请则 cease operations；online NOC submission 页面目前显示 temporarily unavailable，并要求通过 email 提交。今天没有看到 official operator-by-operator post-deadline list，所以不能自行判断具体平台状态。
