Reduce-Only Exchange
变成：
Trading Closed / Withdrawal-Only Access
Closure Time 会发生什么？
官方 FAQ 明确说明，04:00 UTC 到达后：
- 所有 remaining open positions 立即 force-close；
- 所有 exchange trading services cease；
- new deposits 不再 credit；
- normal trading interface 与其他 discontinued services 消失。
用户仍可以 login，用于查看 balance、transaction history 和 withdrawal。
Remaining Position 如何处理？
从 8 月 26 日开始，BitMEX 已实施 risk limits：
不能增加 position，只能 reduce。
这个阶段给用户的是 self-directed exit window。
如果到 9 月 23 日 04:00 UTC 仍然 open，系统会按照相关 contract 的：
Settlement Price / Index
执行 force-close。
Position close 后资金进入 wallet balance。
最关键的差别是：
- 提前 manual close → 用户自己决定 timing；
- 留到 deadline → 接受系统 settlement methodology。
BitMEX 也明确表示不会承担用户因 wind-down 中无法自行 close position 造成的 trading loss。
04:00 UTC 后 Deposit 是真正的红线
BitMEX 官方说得非常明确：
closure time 之后不要继续往 old deposit address 转资产。
因为 post-cutoff deposit：
- 不会反映在 account balance；
- 不会 recover。
所以即使 on-chain transaction 显示 success，也不代表平台仍然支持 credit。
这是 shutdown 中最容易产生不可逆 asset loss 的环节之一。

之后需要通过 website 手动 withdrawal。
Multi-Network Fungibility Removed
USDT、USDC、ETH 不再支持原来的跨多个 network withdrawal flexibility。
这三种 asset 之后只保留：
Ethereum network
withdrawal。
对于 institutional treasury，这是必须单独 migration 的技术风险。
关站后 Remaining Balance 会开始收费
从 9 月 23 日起，fully verified / KYC balance 如果仍留在 BitMEX，会收：
1% per annum 或 $50 USD equivalent，取较高者
从 account balance 中扣除。

- balance 用完后用户不会倒欠平台；
- 如果余额低于 minimum withdrawal，fee 可以直接把小额 balance 降到 0。

BMEX Token 怎么处理？
BitMEX 已把 staked BMEX 全部 unstake，让 holder 可以处理或 withdraw。
Exchange closure 会直接消失 BMEX 原本在 BitMEX 平台的 trading-fee utility。
