XRP Healthcare 已经把 XRPH Wallet incident 的 root cause 明显讲清楚。
9 月 8 日 incident report 称，一个在 2023 年 6 月 13 日引入的 wallet-generation defect，大幅缩小 private key 的 effective search space。
结果是：
Offline reconstruction of private keys became computationally feasible。

9 月 3 日共有 4,011 wallets 被 drain。
Reported stolen assets 包括约 267,664 XRP、23.2M XRPH、2.43M XRPHAI。

为什么 Key Generation Bug 更严重？
如果旧 private key 本身就是从 weak deterministic space 生成，更新 App 不会让旧 Key 变安全。
真正安全做法是把资产迁移到新的、安全生成的钱包。
