安全侧第一条是 Flamingo Finance / old Flamincome contracts。9 月 16 日，安全监控发现 attacker 使用约 1800 万美元 USDT flash loan，通过向 Strategy 中加入 Curve USDP LP 抬高 VaultYUSDT share price，随后以被扭曲的价格赎回 liquid aUSDT。Blockaid 公布时 attacker 已实现约 345,900 USDT 利润。这个数字目前应写成 attacker profit / current extraction estimate，而不是最终 protocol loss，因为完整资产核算和官方 post-mortem 仍未完成。

第二条安全事件来自 Safe smart account / rsETH。9 月 15 日，一个持有约 2,900 rsETH、当时价值约 780 万美元的 Safe position 通过已经授权的 custom module 被抽走。攻击路径并不需要重新取得 Safe owner signatures。更特殊的是，原始攻击者的交易进入 public mempool 后，被名为 Yoink 的 MEV searcher 同 block 抢跑，主 payout 最终由该 bot 获得。Kelp DAO 随后对主要收款地址实施 wallet-level temporary pause，并明确表示 Kelp core contracts 安全、rsETH 仍 fully backed。当前证据指向 module-authorisation abuse，不是 Safe core 或 owner-key failure。

L3 与 VIC spot 今日 08:00 UTC 停止交易，deposit 已关闭。VIC 的硬提现截止为 12 月 16 日 08:00 UTC。截止后 Bybit 可能把 VIC 代为转换成 stablecoin，但并不保证 conversion 一定发生。
