Bybit 这两天有两组不同性质的 delisting deadline。
一组是 L3 / VIC spot，另一组是 ICXUSDT perpetual。不能把它们合并成“Bybit 全面收缩交易”。
L3 / VIC Spot Timeline
- 9/16 08:00 UTC： L3、VIC deposit 关闭；
- 9/17 08:00 UTC： L3USDT、VICUSDT spot trading 结束；
- 9/17 08:00 UTC： L3、VIC 从 Convert 移除；
- 9/17 08:00 UTC：相关 DCA Bot / Spot Grid Bot 若未主动关闭，将自动终止。
Open spot orders 在 trading 结束时自动取消。
L3 与 VIC 的 Withdrawal 不一样
Trading 结束后 Bybit 仍允许用户提现，但 VIC 有明确最终 deadline：2026 年 12 月 16 日 08:00 UTC。
Bybit 表示 VIC withdrawal 关闭后，平台可能代表用户把 VIC 转换成 stablecoin，但明确写明 conversion 不保证一定发生。
公告没有给 L3 同样的最终 withdrawal retirement date。
ICXUSDT Perpetual
Bybit 另一份公告确认：
ICXUSDT perpetual 将于 9 月 18 日 09:00 UTC 下架。
届时：
- active / conditional orders 自动取消；
- open positions 自动关闭；
- closing price 使用下架前 30 分钟 average index price；
- Trading Bots 不再支持；
- Copy Trading 未成交 orders 自动取消。
两类风险完全不同
L3/VIC spot 主要是 asset-access risk：交易入口消失，VIC 后续还有提现 deadline。
ICXUSDT perpetual 是 forced execution risk：如果用户不提前平仓，最终退出价格由平台规则决定。
